I specifically accompany children and young people on their individual path through life to healthy self-confidence, mental strength and self-assurance in dealing with small and large goals.
In individual sessions, we focus equally on mindfulness and calmness in dealing with pressure and in stressful phases, and find the strength needed to “deliver” when it counts – whether in sports or in classic exam situations. A positive self-image and appreciation of oneself and others are the basis of my mental training on the way to more inner strength. It is important to note that the immediate environment always plays a very important role in the child’s personality development. From a developmental psychology perspective, children are still quite “dependent” on the attitude of the outside world towards themselves. I would therefore like to invite parents to actively participate in the positive support of their children in order to strengthen their self-esteem in the long term. We would be happy to look together at what exactly that might look like.
